Bestead research library

Evidence, with its limits left visible.

These pages connect fatherhood questions with peer-reviewed and public-health sources. They are editorial narrative syntheses—not original Bestead surveys, experiments, clinical guidance, or proof that a specific app practice causes an outcome.

Current boundary

No first-party findings are published here yet.

Bestead has not published participant recruitment, a sample, a questionnaire, product-usage analysis, or original outcome data in this library. Until a real study is completed with consent, privacy protections, documented exclusions, analysis rules, and limitations, we will not label editorial synthesis as “our research.”

Publishing principles

What every research page should make inspectable

01

What kind of evidence?

A review, observational study, experiment, advisory, qualitative synthesis, or future original dataset should be named accurately.

02

Who was studied?

Population, country, father representation, child age, and setting affect whether a finding can travel to another family.

03

What remains uncertain?

Correlation is not causation. Mixed findings, missing father data, heterogeneity, and search limitations belong beside the conclusion.
