Review and export
Progress reports you control
Review check-ins, journal activity, mood trends, sleep averages, streaks, and thinking-pattern counts across a chosen time range, then export a text or PDF summary.
The short answer
Bestead can generate a progress report for the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or all available history. The summary uses your saved check-ins and journal records to show totals, average mood, a simple mood trend, journal-entry count, average sleep quality, check-in streak, and commonly tagged thinking patterns. Reports can be exported as a text file or PDF through the device share sheet. The report is for your reflection; it is not a clinical record, diagnosis, or professional interpretation.

A practical sequence
How to use it.
Bestead is designed to give you a next step. The feature does not make the decision—or the repair—for you.
- 1
Select a range
Choose a window that matches the question you want to examine.
- 2
Read the summary
Treat trends and counts as prompts for reflection, not scores of your worth or parenting.
- 3
Export only when useful
If you want to discuss the summary with a professional or keep a copy, choose text or PDF and control the destination.
Data and privacy
What happens to your information.
The report is generated from records available to the app. Export happens only when you request it; after the system share sheet opens, the destination you choose controls the copied file.
